Hello Family!
My intention with this site is twofold…
(1) to honor my dad and his siblings – my Aunt Mary and Uncle Jim.
(2) to share the genealogical information they gathered and make it easily accessible (without a subscription! – such as Ancestry, 23 & me, or other commercial service
My own interest in our family history didn’t ignite until I was 50 and by then I had missed the opportunity to sit down with some of our storytellers to validate, clarify and gather more memories.
I’m a long way from documenting everyone. In fact, I need your help. If there are persons or families you’d like to see represented here, please send me that info.

- Name
- Date of birth (or just birth year if still living)
- To whom/how are they’re related
- Bio (optional)
- A picture attached (optional but encouraged)
For those who have passed, obituaries are appreciated so that I can attach it to their profile.
I also like the idea of including their full date of birth and date of death so that we can celebrate them twice a year. I’m paraphrasing here but it has been said… As long as we say their name, they’re never really gone.
My future plans for the site is to pass the ownership to the next generation so they can continue to share our history, get to know past and present generations and continue to build upon our story. If there are any genealogy buffs out there, raise your hand – I’d love to collaborate with you!
